The overarching aim of the call is to strengthen competitiveness and creating world leading researcher networks. The call is open to all themes and disciplines.
Who is eligible to apply?
Only institutions in the university sector can receive funding. A requirement is that projects must include a minimum 3 institutions in 3 Nordic countries.
Funding
The applications will be evaluated in 2 phases, and there will be a strong focus on relevance in the calls as well as Nordic added value.
Available budget is NOK 300 million: NOK 100 million from NordForsk and NOK 200 million provided by the institutions
Applicants are invited to apply for funding to establish a network with a budget of NOK 4 million sought from NordForsk and NOK 8 million from their institutions, with a duration of 5 years (2024 - 2028).
