The systematic search on integration of immigrants in the Nordic countries was made by Andreas Anker, Elin Hammer Tveito and Mathias Sunde Valseth. All are bachelor students in Library and Information Science at Oslomet.
The assignment from NordForsk was, among other things, to conduct a search for research about integration of refugees in the Nordic countries in the period 2000 to 2022. The searches were made in English and Scandinavian languages in seven different databases.
This resulted in 3719 references, which after screening were reduced to 630 included references and 3089 excluded references. This gives an inclusion percentage of 16.9 percent. In total, the search resulted in 15 Danish articles, 515 English articles, 19 Norwegian articles, 13 Swedish articles and 68 Norwegian reports.
